[ID: a digital drawing of a dragon-like catlike creature, emulating the style of the 90s Pokemon anime. it has a very long body with six legs, a catlike head with stars-shaped ear tips, spiky cheek tufts, and a straight-toothed grin, and similar spiky tufts on its back and tail. it is mostly yellow, with golden orange on its ears and back tuft, and two shades of green on its tail. the background is a painted blue sky. /end ID]
This one made the sketch for before settling on drawing Maverick, but then the event needed more art pieces so in the last 2 hours before the deadline I drew this. The background is not mine it is taken from one of the movies. It's kinda funny how, with both of my pieces, I put effort into emulating the issues with them (with the sugimori one, emulating the overexposed scans, and with this one emulating the deterioration of the film when the anime was first brought over to america, giving it that darker bluish tint, as well as the halo on the lineart).
