We had an idiot that liked to power-slide in the office. Being night shift meant I sometimes got to run the big floor buffer. Once I 'missed' waxing a little line across his favorite path, and later made it extra slippery where he often came to a stop.
Sadly this was all long before camera phones, but the stories told by those watching made it worth the little extra work.

This was a work environment, not a playground. We even had those silly little 'safety first' signs all over the place. Maybe if my tricks had caused a fall he might have taken heed, but we were all younger and dumber back then.
Hints and being told not to hadn't worked. Sadly what finally did work was him doing it while some visiting brass was in the building. Not only did he get written up - but those that should have put an end to it after his first slide. So his 'fun' you think so valuable ended up hurting others and not just him.
