This was incredibly well written. A lot of sci-fi writers have difficulty balancing the wonders of the world they're describing with the flow of the story, but you've managed to capture that balance in a way that was a true joy in both regards. I genuinely felt sad when I attempted to scroll down, only to realise that I had just finished reading the final page.
