The female Goodra and Peach's castle are respectively from Nintendo's Pokemon and Super Mario 64 and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod.

She was minding her own business and just encountered many of the Golden Apples. She had quite the feast of them and manage to end up getting her dragon belly so bloated and huge that it should look bouncier and such. She is then like "Phew. I'm feeling quite bigger, already. and then decided to playfully wink at you guys.
