While we never get to see how sangheili dress in normal attire, the artist based her outfit on other eastern cultures and a mix of fan ideas on how they dress. The markings on her arms are painted with the numbers + plus hand prints of her two human partners. The symbols for the numbers are based of the covenant number system used on their ammo counters (specifically the carbine)
