It represents justice, support, self-sacrifice, faith, and loyalty. It connects with the oldest name known for Tyr, the God of law, war, and justice, who ruled through consistent leadership and direction rather than intervention. Tiwaz also represents Tir, the Pole Star, which represents the guiding principles of the universe. Tiwaz connects us with a guiding direction in our lives. A constant source of guidance that allows us to judge our positions in life. Symbolized as an arrow, Tiwaz also comes as a sign for direct and powerful force either in defense or offense.
