Rouge the Bat often went to a local franchise when she was working at GUN headquarters. Being on her feet from her training, she often removed her boots to air her feet out. One day she rested her tired soles on a chair that lost the back part of itself so she could prop them up and enjoy her lunch.

However, many customers could not help but tease her feet. They'd pull down the stirrups and dug their fingers into her sensitive arches. Despite her objections, she barely removed her feet as she loved being tickled in public. Some even pulled chairs up to keep her company as they teased her soles making her giggle so sweetly.

This was the time of day she enjoyed the most.
