It Can Not Rain All The Time

Listened to some music I like and in one or two songs there were sentimental lyrics with rain, so I had the mood to sketch something rainy.
Starring my OC ~~and beautiful husbando heehee~~
Tbh I initially had a different vision, he was supposed to just look directly at the viewer and wouldn't have his hand out but I wanted to draw him in a more uncommon angle and to do something with his ability to produce very high temperatures on and around his body, because that's cool. So his hand doesn't get wet and is steaming. :v
