The adults, male Feraligatr and females Grovyle and Charmander, are from Nintendo's Pokemon and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod.

The oldest half-brother, Feraligatr, was planning to train himself to muscle himself up for the future battles when his younger half-sisters, Grovyle and Charmander, just had the feast of apples and stuffed their faces silly enough to bloat both of their bellies right up. Thanks to their newfound heaviness, they decided to help him out, allowing him to lift them up like the weight-lifting machine. He then said to them "Hey, thanks for your help, little sisters." and these very stuffed PokeLadies responded "You're welcome, big brother." and giggles happily. Their bond as a family has indeed proven powerful.
