I have a little to say about this one as it was an interesting hybrid of various approaches.

For Jessie himself, I put together a 3D model from scratch. Then, painting over him, adding clothes, tats, a mean looking boomerang, lighting, texturing and the like. You can see the raw model work over on Patreon.
For the vehicle I got to try something new. The bf sent me an asset he'd got his hands on and wanted used, which, while not something I'd normally do, turned into a really rewarding exercise! Of course, it also got switched up, painted to within an inch of it's life, scuffed up, textured, coloured, beaten up a little more and absolutely caked in sand.
The background and foreground pieces were all layered painting as normal, with a combo of flat painting, texture brushes, bristle brushes and some good old lighting.

All in all, this was super fun! 🤩
