Cullen is a 28 year old pumpkaboo pikachu fusion living in the sonic world (initially from the pokemon world, he had help from a hoopa). Being part pumpkaboo, he can essentially fly (otherwise his jumps are very floaty). He has the powers of a pumpkaboo, pikachu, super speed, and the elements of nature, darkness (from the ghost type), and electricity. He can make use of the boost rings (or whatever the technical term for the rings flight type characters can use is). At times, he may mess with others like a ghost may.
