This is Leo! A Forest Harpy. He lays one unfertilized egg every day but once in a while in this species, it's possible that the egg gets stuck and when that happens, the eggs start to build up as the egg producing process, does not stop.
After 19 days, his eggs have really started to build up and up in the forests, there are no doctors who can help him, he has to wait until it dislodges, leaving him in a very uncomfortable position in the time.

He'll try to push it out each day, but it's exhausting work. Especially if it doesn't budge, but if he doesn't try, he has no chance of it moving u_u

Don't worry, it'll move eventually, soon in fact. For now, he can't really fly any more, he's just too heavy and the wobbly, heavy belly knocks him off balance easily.
