Pencil sketch, color: Belfort and Lupin as Road Rovers
Pencil sketch fanart of the trending dog and wolf pair, Belfort and Lupin, as Road Rovers. Now with digital color.
Belfort wears the Rovers armor and Lupin wears the green and brown alternate uniform.
Belfort and Lupin are, of course, from the French cartoon of the same name. Belfort is one of the most appropriate modern dog characters to make into a Road Rover as he is actually the pet of a world leader, just like in the real "Road Rovers!" (Albeit few centuries earlier.)

Someone on deviantART asked what their powers would be. Lupin I imagine would have super scenting powers, a powered-up version of what he does on his own show. There's that one bit where Lupin says "boo" to scare the guy, even though he hates doing it. Maybe Rover Lupin could have an exaggerated version of that, where he can make himself look like a more menacing wolf to scare off bad guys. Looking kind of like the werewolves from that one "Rovers" episode. The commenter also suggested a sonic howl. Belfort is more challenging. Considering Colleen's superpower is martial arts, I suppose it could be a highly developed skill like diplomacy, translating, etiquette and protocol, or some sort of graceful, agile dance-like fighting style. If it's a superpower superpower, like Exile's ice vision, then I'm not sure what it would be. I also thought of Belfort being a swordsman. I already drew Athos from "Dogtanian" as a swordsman Road Rover.

I remember in one episode there was a screen in Rovers HQ that showed a bunch of international Road Rovers and one of them was wearing a beret. Not sure which episode that was, though.
I think the Rovers would count him as one of them, even though he's a wolf instead of a dog.
