Here we have Sunshine and me as a mew-disguised-as-a-rattata visiting Sunshine's cafe on the boardwalk of his town, to try free samples of various treats before they go for sale, including a welcome puffkiss before even getting in the door! Judging by how blown up Sunshine is, that little poke-rat has a lot more to go!

The town's a coastal place, with lots of attractions for tourism purposes, like a lighthouse painted and decorated as a dragonite, the "Angels of the sea" safeguarding ships just as real ones do, an amusement park along the boardwalk, an aquarium that's partially a petting zoo since most of the pokemon in the area are unusually docile and friendly where you can snuggle with a squirtle or make friends with a floatzel, pose with a primarina, etc. Most of the buildings around town are covered in artwork and murals, so Sunshine's cafe has an unpictured wall covered in dragonites and food, thanks to a roaming band of smeargle. Idea is the town doesn't have a single powerful legendary like most towns that have bargains with pokemon, but is instead more of a community effort. One town has lugia providing wind power, another with celeby causing life and health to flourish, Harbored Hope has all the pokemon in it and around it.
