Felix is a 36 year old joltik nidoking fusion living in the sonic world, residing in metal city. He has a hunger for electricity (granted it's not the only thing he can eat but it it a decent part of his "diet"). He's about as tall as charmy because of being part joltik. He has the powers of a joltik, nidoking, and the elements of electricity, earth, and poison. Despite his shorter size, he still has the strength of a nidoking. He's fast. As much as he might enjoy the extreme gear grand prix type of event, it would likely make him hungry for electricity (given the high tech boards...and the occasional racing through traffic) which could also lead to...unintentional sabotaging.
