This year I'll be attending Furnal Equinox and since this year's theme is "Monsters in Toronto" I wanted to take the opportunity to draw the only "monstrous" kind of pine marten there is!
So here's Ardent as a Skiltaire! An alien pine marten that is one of the oldest, if not THE oldest original species in the fandom!

I'm really honoured to be able to. As sad as it is to reflect on, I consider myself deeply lucky to have been able to talk to him about drawing my fursona as a Skiltaire, prior to his passing. I was so excited when he told me he loved the idea and actively encouraged me to give this a go. I hope his memory and his characters continue to be celebrated as the fandom goes on. I know I sure will! <3
