So I wanted some tea, and this was a creat excuse to break out my new Grim Reaper tea defuser so I broke out the catnip and Butterfly pea flower.... It gets you this artifically blue looking tea and Its a decent sip... but since I have to log my food with the trainer I now need the nutritional info on catnip and pea flower teas...
