Idle animations in Sonic games are amazing. I remember in Unleashed where in the hub areas Sonic would just lay down after a while chilling wherever you wanted weather shadow areas of spagonia or baskin in the sun of Apotos. Same with the night where the werehog would crouch down and start scrambling drawings with his finger.
