Throughout the whole of March I've been doing a challenge to draw a Tyranid per day, however due to numerous factors I've ended up not being able to catch up. Due to that I'll only be able to do a handful of these.


The Zoanthrope is one of the first signs of "Thing has gone to hell" with the Tyranids. I mean, seeing Tyranids is never good, but with Zoanthropes the Hive Mind is going to start getting creative. Zoanthropes are incredibly powerful Psykers...and that's it. They can't even move properly without their psychic abilities, however that means that even their weakest psychic attacks are incredibly devastating.

Hope one day we get a proper look at the Doom of Malantai rather than just hints that the Neurothrope (a slightly different Zoanthrope) is it's spirit successor...because we need an overly bloated Zoanthrope capable of eating souls. Who doesn't want that?
