No situation this time. Just the friendly Rattata doctor himself.

That's all he is known as. Doctor. Even his name tag doesn't say his name. Instead over the usual details a big R is pasted. That in itself earns him respect as members with a nameless tag are often straight from Team Rocket HQ and only the highest of the high need to know the names.

He replaced his faster in his position at the Team GAIN HQ. Or at least it's assumed he really is his son as before that nobody knew he even had one to begin with.

It didn't help that after he arrived he was always pretty quiet. Barely ever smiles and is very much to himself. When he's not in office it's mostly to check up on the members, making new appointments if need be. Even so he is good at what he does. There seems to be nothing he can't fix and no subject is to odd to help with. His quiet and soft flowing voice easily relaxes anyone who talks to him. He seems to have a thing for making his patients at ease around him.

Nobody has ever seen the inside of his room which used to be that of his father. Wild story's go around that he conducts crazy experiments there. His outfit only supports it and lab personal seem to answer a lot to him even though it's not officially part of his job.
