What inspired this picture commission? I was watching the My Little Pony Movie a few months back, and it got to the scene where they tickled a giant spider 'til it out of the way, and I had a sudden flash of a cute idea! :3
I commissioned this picture from
arabatos back in January. For those who are too young to remember the classic My Little Pony series, or who just never saw it, that's Megan in the middle (with the Rainbow of Light locket around her neck), tickling her younger siblings Danny and Molly (guess which is which? :P). She probably caught the both of them by surprise whilst they were having a group hug. <3 Molly's squirming around so much her shoes fell off. ^.^;;
This reminds me, I really must search out and watch Friendship is Magic, it sounds really cool. And maybe search out some of the classic series too, I know some of it's available on DVD somewhere.... :)

Indeed, I grew up loving G1 MLP (and still love it, thanks to my dvds of that series), and FiM is awesome too. Each series is great in its own way. :D
I hope some day Hasbro might change its mind and decide to release FiM on DVD....at the moment, they're saying no because young children would not be able to afford it. But that's why you'd market it to the parents of those young children... 8D
