What can be changed with NO COST:
Main/accent/eye color (orange/green/solid color change is free), removing tag, removing heart patches, background color change, hypnosis added on headshot, the cardboard sign changing to match the Dragonite presented

Changes that may COST EXTRA:
Main color change to more complex or already existing oc, changing/adding accessory, complex requests for change, MID-TF IN HEADSHOT

$90 is the base price for what is seen with the ‘victim’ changed. Other changes or requests may cost extra. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT CHANGES YOU’D LIKE IN THE FORM UNDER ‘DETAILS’! If there are any! If it is not on the form, I will most likely leave it how it is in the display/example piece.
