From A Hill In The Forest (Thursday Prompt 03/20/2025)

Regardless, finally giving
Thursday_Prompt another shot! This week, our prompt was to simply close our eyes and cast our mind back to some point in the past, and describe what we see. Simple and cheerful (totally didn't scrap a couple of the first attempts), and it seemed right up my alley with the whole prehistory thing. So, as you might gather from that, not so much plot and story from this, but a brief glimpse into a moment in the life of a certain small, energetic fox. I hope you will all enjoy regardless.
I'll admit, I did go over the one page limit by just a paragraph, but I'm sure that's fine.
Edit: Oh god, I wanted to try a basic text format upload because it was short, but I forgot it destroys most of the formatting.
