oh devi… devi is an example of someone who is a victim of systematic abuse herself who still chooses to throw other women (and children) under the bus to hang on to what power she has over her situation. but as awful as she is i still i can't help but feel for her, she was born into a society that only values her for her sexual availability and has power because the lord ku is having sex with her and is emotionally and politically loyal to her to some degree.

i think her choosing to die with the rapist dictator was a very tragic end, she identified so strongly with being his wife that even though the dictatorship was over and her society was collapsing she never found the strength to leave his side

she is described as a huge and domineering female and almost male-like, ea believes that devi has potential to use her physical power against the males but she never does. in a lot of ways i made her opposite to ea's design, since ea being brought to her tribe was like her personal worst nightmare come true. she has a lot of thick/boxy shapes and is dark colored with red eyes that burn into you
