Partially inspired by SouCal's Tira, though I'd imagine Fiyunn would use Dra/g/Alchemy on his chakrams this way. Did I not mention? Mind//LESS Drakka have a few perception-based abilities other Iota don't have. Storing items/wings on their person as 'Perceptions' or accessories a la hammerspace, Amalgacidal Breath Weapons, instinctual creation of thin palings via Amalga to any Percieved Harm to soften or deaden it prematurely.... to put it blunt, Dragons are pretty powerful! And given Fiyunn usually defaults to a bow, I figured he'd need summat for close range that complemented speed. Chakarn are usually wearable armor accessories for raking into targets while passing by on, like, horseback. Given what speeds he travels at, it fits well~

Extra little trivia items:
-Flash isn't technically the translation of his Drakkan Name. Actually, 'Fiyunn' is onomatopoeia for a breath or a strong wind. If we wanted to be proper about it, the real Translation, and Fiyunn hates being called this, would be 'Gaile'. He thinks 'Flash' sounds cooler, is all~ (Fully translated name sounds like Gaile Drakke of the Original Royal Lineage, a relic from the Gaean War Stories days where his family was directly descended from the Drakkonians that won back the alien planet Selenia)
-I did have the name 'Gaile' set aside, as what I'd change my IRL name to, if I went about transitioning. Neutral-sounding, and fits with some of my own tendencies to be flighty or airheaded, yet turbulent in my beliefs.
