Background: Madame Tanzetta is one of the most influential Dragonesses in the Southern Empire outside of the royal circles. She is a owns one of the most well known and highly regarded Brothels in the red light district of a trade city outside the capital called "The Eclipse House". It's likely that the joining of the Sun and the Moon is meant to symbolize sex, but some patrons it's because her egg was laid on an eclipse and that she was born with he cursed Eclipse element. Either way dragons who are smart know to fear and respect Madame Tanzetta, she is very protective of her girls and does not tolerate guests who do not obey her rules. Those who do not know how to behave themselves are culpable to get their legs broken.

Years ago, a little boy named Stranno whose mother was a low ranking official for the city wander into her Brothel not knowing what it was and started befriending Madame Tanzetta's girls. Tanzetta herself soon discovered him and decided this child needed to be protected. His biological mother was abusive and neglectful of him as evident by his missing wing, so Tanzetta took over acting as a surrogate mother to Stranno and he became known locally as "The Prince of The Eclipse House" for a couple years until his mother sold him to the Legion. Since then Madame Tanzetta has been looking into leads about this Legion and their activity around the Empire buying and stealing children specifically. In light of this, she has dedicated some of her money to a safe home and orphanage to dragons who are not safe in their current situation and getting children off the streets.

Personality: Madame Tanzetta is a very commanding, strong, and kind presence. She will talk to anyone like she's their mother whether she knows them or not which can make her sweet and nurturing or dominant and frightening, striking the kind of fear that only disappointing your own mother can achieve. She has a set of rules for every dragon who set foot in her house, you follow the rules and you will be fine. Break the rules and Madame Tanzetta will break you!
