In short, Chishiya is a spinal kitten, his back legs don't work. They are atrophied and he moves only on his front legs!
While I was worried about his spine, a more terrible disease caught up with him. Kittens like him are very vulnerable to bladder infections. That's exactly what happened. Chishie needs treatment and several days in hospital, a day of which costs about $250. He also needs antibiotics, diapers and special food for sensitive kittens.
We found that in the last few days he was very nauseous and he was not eating anything. the diagnosis scared us a lot, it was an overflow of the bladder.. Cheshire was a strong boy, his urine was pumped out with a needle, They took some blood tests from him... to be honest, I felt incredible pain when I held him.
[update]
Thanks to your help, Cheshire stayed in the hospital for 5 days and it became much easier for him! Thank you very much for your help. He is currently at my house, under close supervision. he needs to wait for a blood and urine test to change the antibiotics (now they are general-purpose drugs, but the analysis may show something worse). Cheshire needs dermatitis medications and antibiotics. also, in the future, he needs appointments with a rehabilitologist ($ 300 per appointment, several times a month). This post remains open, and I thank everyone for their help.
[update 2]
Well, we've got the infection under control! We're getting helminths on the horizon and we're ready to fight this scourge. Cheshire has been suffering from diarrhea for about a week. At first I thought it was the food I'd recently switched him to, but... after looking at the dates, I realized it wasn't that. It took me a little while (I'm not an animal expert) to realize the kitten wasn't feeling well. His bottom had severe dermatitis. And his belly was swollen.
I ran to the doctor the next day. I paid about $200 (kiiiiinda ALOT for my country) for the appointment, since the kitten was immediately tested. And yes, we were lucky to some extent - the colitis of the colon was caused by the formation of parasites. We were prescribed a food supplement, since diarrhea caused severe dermatitis in the lower part of his body. You can take it for a long time, and we need at least 2 weeks. The same was not the case with creams and ointments for dermatitis.
I don't sleep at night and I had to leave my job again to look after Cheshire. He needs to be kept dry and clean all the time and the incontinence is caused by the complete lack of sensation in his hind legs.
But there is good news! Cheshire has grown a lot in the last couple of months. At his first visit to the doctor he weighed 2.1 kilograms, and now he weighs 3.2 kilograms! The baby is growing <3
[update 3]
Now Cheshire and his little friends (check out the new update!) are in danger. Panleukopenia is very dangerous for cats, especially for small kittens. Cheshire has diarrhea, fever, vomiting. He refuses to eat, although he is such a glutton. I am incredibly worried about them. These babies need treatment, antibiotics, medications to regulate the water level in the body, vitamin B6, and also injections. I give injections myself, because I can’t afford to go to the vet twice a day, and I also took tests and am waiting for the results within three days. It's deadly and I'm really scared for my pets.
[update 4]
Today I found blood clots in Cheshire's urine and it seems he has started to have urinary retention.. I have already contacted one person who advised me good food for this case and treatment. This woman has encountered similar situations more than once and knows a good organization, small, but making excellent natural food. Now I will be busy raising funds for my cat's regular feeding and the necessary medications.

I sincerely try to be a responsible parent of this baby! caring for him is hard, but I want obstacles not to interfere with his life to be the best.
