Yeah, it's really frustrating. CarnismDebunked has some super helpful stuff, and can be shared with others as well, it may be a good place to start. >.=.<
I like how it is layed out like a menu, that's a neat creative touch. I've learned about how much food grocery stores and companies throw away and it's quite insane to learn about. It really shows that we don't need factory farms to the insane scale that we do, plants are way easier to scale and provide a larger variety of nutrients. It's not just factory farms but many large companies are exploitative like this and I think banning that will be the best thing to do.
