Hello Darkness my old friend.
As a tribute to my favorite movie of the event I will upload (as far as it is possible) something Balto-related each day of 2025. Here the gallery starts so you can see them all: https://www.deviantart.com/emberwol.....years-of-balto
“Dedicated to the indomitable spirit of the sled dogs that relayed antitoxin six hundred miles over rough ice, across treacherous waters, through Arctic blizzards from Nenana to the relief of stricken Nome in the winter of 1925.”

Not all musicals are ridiculous, you know. Some can be taken seriously like The Lion King. But you do have a point. However, there could have been a Steele villain song, a song about Balto's exclusion, a song about Jenna's worries about Rosie's health, etc.
Oh dont get me wrong: I love a good musical: my fave movies are musicals like Lion King, Simbas Pride, Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron. I just did not think it suited Balto 1 to have songs. I like the songs...with some exceptions in the other two movies.
Yeah it would take away from the movies seriousness if they bust into song I think. I mean a serious topic could have songs if done well- but not for Balto 1995 specifically.
