"Ughhh...." I'm slammed down on the grass... again.
"Wonder how many times it'll take you before you stop falling for it, ink for brains."
'Why do I keep falling for that stupid trick?! I-it's so obvious! I know that it's not real, I do I swear! But in the moment I get tunnel vision and I can't stop myself...' I begin slowly peeling myself off the ground... I'm still not used to the sensation of being flattened, and suddenly popping back to being normal feels just as weird. God, I hope I don't get used to it...
Meanwhile, Foxy is enjoying the show. "Haha~ Ah, I can see why people liked my show so much~! This is great." He snickers, sipping on a fruity drink. "But it gets oh so tiring, don't you think? I'm very much enjoying my... retirement." He emphasized the last word, perfectly aware of the nuances of it. "Oh, subtle little implications like that are so fun, don't you think?"
"Foxyyy... w-when I get you..."
"...ugh, it's like talking to a brick wall with you sometimes. Uhuhu~ Okay, okay, I'll stop now. Something I bet you wish you could do, hm?"

Very cool artist by the name of thesheeark brought this one to life! Been wanting to do more of this scenario and been looking for good toon artists, so I'm very glad they were down to play with the idea!

I get the feeling! Like how you want the coyote to catch the roadrunner, or you eventually want to see Tom catch Jerry for once! Seeing those little rascals fail over and over and over and over and over again makes you wanna root for them, even if the formatting makes it impossible for them to win :3
