Well techically just making a custom soda can would be easy.. goto website like skinit.com buy a basic square sized skin, or a larger one, tile the image, then cut to fit on your favorite can or mug! I am sure the same material they use, (special Kodac plastic paper thing, resistant to cut and punctures) Might want to do though something other then soda cans.. all that art and effort on a flimsy medium... I would saaaa Mug... yea Mugs.. or shot glass...ooooh Tankards XD....big metal mugs with lids XD

Not only should you sell the badges (id totally get one), but you should try making actual drinks.. there are a few companies that you can do that with.. you could literally make the empty can the badge itself. Its a unique idea.
