Another old design! The original iteration of this character was made all the way back in 2011, and was originally based on a Hissi Neopet I used to have on site.
Another ghostie... iirc, her original concept was that she was trapped in a burning building and died in the fire, but I'm not sure if that'll carry over to whatever her future plans entail.
