The kindly alchemist Míngzé is a rather curious character whose origins are largely unknown. Is he a Loxodon, a Warforged, or something else? Was he built by someone, or born, or animated by magic? All we know is that he has a deep passion for the art of potion craft. He proclaims it to be “the reason he was put on this earth” and devotes his entire life to developing new formulas and refining existing techniques. He begrudgingly runs a potion shop to fund his pursuits, but he’s known for giving his customers so many free samples that he loses money on the ingredients. Not that he minds, he just wants to help others enjoy the wonders of potions!
