Another dragon character. This is Ōzora's... bodyguard...? confidant?
I don't quite know how to describe it.
He's supposed to be the balancing force to her very carefree lifestyle.

I also just wanted to draw a dragon like this. I don't think it... quite came out how I wanted to... the colors may be a bit too saturated and the horns are super wonky.
But theres good foundations.
