Nintendo Business Meeting 1 of 5
Several years ago around 2022 or 2023 (more than likely 2022) Nintendo released the Wave 5 courses for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for the Nintendo Switch. Among one of those courses was a bathroom level where all the racers are small and racing around someone's gigantic bathroom. The course is actually very creative and very well done. It was very impressive. If you guys don't, know one of my weird fetishes is having micros exploring the inside of someone's gigantic house/castle/mansion/etc while they stay hidden from the residents that live there, human and non-human residents (I usually go the non-human route). This includes outdoors sometimes.
As much as I appreciated this course and this creativity, I had to make fun of it. I made a very short comic during my last days on DA years ago showcasing Nintendo adding this course. I originally planned to have the resident be a gigantic Shygirl going into her bathroom to bathe and see's all of the tiny racers on her tile floor, angered to the point where she calls up Nintendo to make them race elsewhere. I had to refuse it because of the Shygirl herself and how I was gonna draw her in this situation, also because of DA's "rules". I may be able to do that now.
Anyways a Nintendo exec is having a meeting in the comic with several odd ball employees with two of them being new OCs I made, Claire the Weed Witch and Indecisive Anne (who I'll introduce after this).
I wrote a lot in the comic and it's sloppy so here is the typed version below. I'll have to make any changes to the dialogue in the description:
Exec: "Alright everyone! Mario Kart Deluxe Wave 5 is on the Horizon and we need ideas for an original course! Marco Lasagna! We'll start with you and work our way down."
Marco Lasagna: "Alright! Azzuh man from New Joi'sey I propose we's add in a anuddah' city course, but it'll have crooks wit' guns huh?"
Exec: "We have a crap ton of city courses and adding in NPC gunman will send the soccer moms after us. Think of another! Weed Witch Claire, you now!"
Claire: "right on brother...so like.......................so like......................so like I have a garden and a greenhouse for growing my wee- vegetables.....we could have the racers drive around a massive greenhouse.....and they hallucinate from the aroma every 10 seconds..........."

If you've read the description I've praised the course for it's creativity with how impressive it was. Even still I'm gonna pick on it like I just did. If I see something that can be made fun of irl I'm gonna make fun of it in a drawing like I did with the Pokemon scalpers.
Micro Machines? Yes and no.

Ah that's what I figured, but they're a different case. Hot Wheels have been used for house driving for a very long time (I'm still surprised this brand made it this far into the future without dying off) usually being used for tabletop courses in kid's bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and such. When a bathroom is involved though that's where I personally want to crack a few jokes.
