My canon lore to xXDr3ddroxXx is that is Modo's online persona and digital avatar on the Space Net.

He originally enters the virtual world in his holo-room to become this avatar. However, with the new holostruct technology becoming more of a thing, Modo took things on a new level.

He fashioned himself a digistruct watch that projects the xXDr3ddroxXx avatar over himself outside of the holo-room.
