Yea…Ulti was one of those character who was one note. Like she could have been great but was basically a throwaway character. Honestly I would have loved if both Nami and Ussop actually tried battling her and her brother rather than running away like cowards, like that shit is getting tiring. They are in the end game, if they don’t pull their shit together and actually fight big bads then don’t give them powerful upgrades that they won’t even use.
