Ps. I asked my brother to re-design Mini Mal0 to be less...child. But more of a medium size beast folk. How do you think? Give comment so he can improve more.
So, I decide to have my own art slave to do the story that I can't find a time to do it myself. Which I choose to use my own brother who currently unemployed to give it a try. I hope you like his art style. If you like his work, I will let him do more of this with me come up with story and he made an art out of it. >.<

I;m not the artist but according to the lore around Malo.
After enough time of exposure to Malo the affected individual begins to see the entity in the corner of their eyes sight eventually seeing it in mirrors and then physical manifestations where the creature trys to contact the one who it's with.
safe to say he has had plenty of time with multiple Malos to trigger the final stage.

The change of her is nice. A not to big jump from little Mal0 to her fromer version.
And it suits her very well, if we all remember what she did in the past for him.
(Cute as she is as little Mal0, she will hardly able to help much to protect him as child.)

I actually loved the child-like Mal0 more but if you plan to allow for more lewd type of stories it only make sense to age her up some overtime. Personally I would had been fine if it just stay wholesome throughout if it meant child Mal0 get to stick around while anything more naughty will be from the one contained by the Foundation. You do you though.
