That may sound silly, but I'm asking myself over and over again, getting different answer on that question constantly...
A context and state depending question...

Despite my confusion, I did learn a few things about myself.

First thing is I am suffering from constant fungal infection, which causes specific parts of my body to bleed... Im used to that and that's not as bad as it could be... My immunity system's pretty weak, so I'm getting ill often. Too often, to be fair...

I'm extremely weak physically - a tall walking skeleton.

My body is not the best side of me, really... But I've got some better sides of me...
