If it is real I wouldn't think so. They can apply like over a hundred pounds of force. Although also if it is real, the fine tuning for exactly how much down force, how much drag, you want to apply could be damaged. Or at least be messed with a need to be readjusted.
So I guess in the end, still not good to treat car wings carelessly. If people only think as far as "wing can be damaged" then that is good enough.

That's not an f-1 car where they build up enough speed to actually NEED a spoiler or the aerodynamic nose would start to lift. Even then her laying on it would damage it from her weight, ~120 to 150 pounds judging by size. would throw it out of alignment.
F-1 cars are also not street legal.
This is a street legal car. Spoilers on these cars are ornaments with no functional purpose.(unless she has the WARGGGHH force ability). and are only built to hold up their own weight.

There's a guy on YouTube who makes wings out of cheap, mulch fiberglass with foam infill. He jumps on them with his full weight and they take it just fine. But then, he's an actual race car builder and driver, so he knows what he's doing.
The factory spoiler I had on my 2005 WRX was built like a tank. It had to be, as it took the full force of the trunk slamming closed.
Your typical ricer aftermaket spoiler, on the other hand...
