Who the heck was cruel enough to put poor Sheebly in charge? Poor bloke is going to have an aneurism.
Partial delay would be the only option for Sheebly, admit Ambassador Dem'mit was in the vicinity, admit there may be some footage from a questionable source which is yet to be verified and a promise to hand it over once verification is completed. Note to them that Ambassador Dem'mit will be returning to Y'Vakkon to 'consult with his homeworld superiors' and assure them that the Ambassador has promised he will return to assist in any ongoing investigations when his duties allow it. Remind them of his recent actions and the belief that this may be a politically staged situation but regardless co-operation will occur... not ideal but it buys time.
