This is a trial illustration of a character from a book I'm writing. In this scene, the character is on board a ship leaving from his island home to Yokohama in an attempt to flee the plight of his people, which I cannot discuss any more because this story is not yet copyrighted, and I don't trust many here, no offense.

The original image was done traditionally, however I decided to change the color hue to give the drawing the look of a photograph during the 1800's. Anyway, I do plan to add more sample work to my galleries both here and other sites.
