This is my Dragon character from my Sparks of an Ancient Light story that I have over on my Brightwing account.

Solaris is the god figure of his world, but appears to be a 'baby' dragon, on account of his magic keeping him from aging.

Solaris' body is very horse-like, with large wings that he tucks tightly against his back.
