Ragtag Redd runs the shop Redd Rags Pamps and Tags Poofs it is the head of the CrownReef Branch of shops run by the Kel and Leon family Redd before he was found by his family use to work for the main Kel and Leon in tuttlereef and was train by them and thanks to them he is see as part of their family so he gets all the benefits and support form the shop family unlike most of the other shop owners even be given the honor of both opening a shop in crownreef capital and it being the head of the CrownReef Branch at Redd shop you can find diapers and other items you find at any of the keckleon shops but he did all so sell things there they didn't sell as well things he makes him self like his art work and some of Artisan works and Redd is considered one of the best in the keckleon family given how friendly he acts to all who comes to his shop and haveing a sliver tongue given his charismatic way of talking to shoppers he can basically talk any one into buying something of coruse he don't work alone he mostly seen with Kel who is one of the youngest Kel's who place under Redd as he teaches him everything he knows even taken in much of Redd personality to the point he speaks a lot like him there was a Leon too but he end up leaveing taken more of a interest into the Crownreef royal guards and Knights and wanting to be one of course like any shop they do hold rare selection of items, deals, special promotions and most of all limited edition diapers in his shop you sometimes have diapers of the Crownreef Royal family and those close to the royal family but this one was very special as he had packs of the King himself Ramus going for 10,000 poke a pack saying he one of the best diapers he ever had in his shop and who knows when he sell him again then he got one of his sons Frederick who all so the 4th High Captain of Crown Reef he going for 7,000 poke and the last pack is a Froslass noble form the Town that Ramus brother Rami runs who works under him she going for 7,000 poke a pack and Redd is currently wearing her right now to show her off but plans to wear Ramus later he knows they be big sellers for this run of Crownreef limited edition diapers Get them while supplies last, don't expect to buy the Ramus pack so easily.
