Not showing off, flexing just pumps Athos up to jump back into the workout. But if you want those gains you have to eat too, feed your muscles hearty, healthy meals of, I dunno, protein pancakes or something. And no I don't intend to draw a Javi flex, that would just be tragic.
As for what the background is, let's just call it abstract(?).
