finally im done!
this step involves taking the picture of my drawing to windows paint. in there i pick the brightest color and blot out as mutch as i can that i dont want in the final picture, then convert the image to 16 color bitmap.
this way inkscape only traces what i want it to trace, and not some random blackness.
and yes, i know i need a scanner, but im deployed, and i dont want to lug that sucker around... i also dont want to draw attention to my art :3
