I have proof that most cats know that three letter word in addition to "Treat" "Dinner" and "Nip!"

When I was growing up we had a cat that would vanish for three days if she overheard that there was a vet visit coming up and turn up as if nothing happened. Our current cat vanishes every time his vet date comes up. The first year we adopted him we kept moving his first vet appointment five times because of this.
