Indeed it has. Honestly, the whole idea of limiting characters to being slim/fat/busty/ect just hasn't worked out. Make them fat, inflated, whatever. It's certainly not for continuity's sake, given how often he's retconned things, undone character arcs, or even made new OCs just to reset things back to zero.
Hell, just look through his gallery of specific characters and see how they get smaller over time. Fatties less fat, busty girls with smaller and smaller boobs, only to then make new OCs at around their old sizes. And it all starts over. Or in this instance, making Kelsey fat, then making Khloe to fill her niche, then undoing Kelsey's fatness (for like the 3rd or 4th time) and making her redundant.
I can think of no greater ways to describe it, other than madness.

I show up on the off chance something good pops up. It's the inconsistency that bothers me.
And given we're furries, some amount of madness is mandatory.

The correct answer is... no one! if we are to maintain some sense of sanity, even just a little bit of chaos has to go along with it. Otherwise, what would be the defining features of what is right? I mean, just think about it. Your brain is just a meat computer, inside a bone cockpit, piloting a skin robot. Very little sense is truly reqired for coherence.
