Phoenix finally decides to tell Annabelle what's been bothering him lately...only he can't bring himself to actually say it. Fortunately, Annabelle can sense and identify the emotions of others...and she seems flustered by what she found...

As it turns out, Phoenix was battling an infatuation with his surrogate mother and is ashamed for it. However, Annabelle isn't disgusted and understands why he would feel this way around her, before telling him that she'll love him because of who he is and what he's accomplished.

Let's hope their relationship improves after this...

Will I make a follow-up where we get more insight into Phoenix's thoughts? Likely.
