A lovely blend of colours and flavours from the kitchens of

Hey everyone!!! Is Lionor and today i have for you a quick and lovely Veggie Chow Mein!!!
Ingredients
package of lo mein noodles or you can even substitute spaghetti or even another long thick noodle
bag of bean sprouts
mushrooms (any type will do)
2 bell pepper (any 2 colors i like red and purple bell peppers myself)
2 cloves of garlic (minced or find dice)
32oz of chicken broth
1 head of bok choy
1/2 cup good soy sauce
a couple table spoons oil for stir frying
now first cut up your veggies into bite size pieces except the bean sprouts, cook your noodles according to their directions then heat the oil in a wok or saute pan and stir fry your veggies and garlic about 2-3 mins you just want them to soften and brighten in color. next remove veggies and add in your broth to the pot let it get nice and hot then add in you veggies and noodles put the soy sauce in and let simmer for about 3 mins then in your bowls put in a lil stack of the bean sprouts and serve the soup over top and enjoy!!
